Aiden Poulton comes from a family of property traders & investors.
He left the British Army in 2007 and has since gained extensive operational experience in the residential property space, both as an agent and active investor.
He has built and managed a portfolio of his own before founding A Star Residential in 2019.

There is an EPC elephant in the PRS's room, some of the market is either choosing to ignore it or simply just not sensitive to it.
Currently we are performing a pre purchase assessment of the energy efficiency potential of all of our buildings as standard. We then construct a schedule of works (often carried out alongside the initial refurb works) that will maximise the actual energy efficiency of the property as well as the EPC score.
